In June each year, the world gathers to celebrate Pride! 🌈 It’s a fantastic opportunity to raise awareness for matters that affect members of the LGBTQ+ community, and to celebrate diversity in the workplace. You might also use this time to highlight any efforts you’ve currently implemented to support LGBTQ+ employees year round in your organisation, or to launch new ones.
