Video Arts Customer Service Essentials Series win at Cannes 2016

Video Arts’ Customer Service Essentials Series has won Silver at the 7th Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards 2016.

The Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards honour the world’s finest corporate films, in one of the most important film centres: Cannes, France. Out of almost 1000 entries across all categories, the international jury awarded Silver to The Customer Service Essentials in the category Corporate Films and Videos: Human Resources. The results were revealed at the Awards Ceremony in Cannes in October. This is the second time Video Arts has entered and won at Cannes.

The Customer Service Essentials, starring Tom Bennett (Phone Shop) and Mark Heap (Friday Night Dinner), is a series of micro-learning videos covering 32 high impact lessons for front-line teams. The Essentials Series of films, including Workplace, Management and Leadership have been hugely successful, winning awards at IELA, WorldMedia Festival, LearnX Impact Awards and now Cannes.
