Video Arts’ performance review film, Performance Review: Code Red, has won Gold at the 6th Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards 2015.

The Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards honour the world’s finest corporate films, in one of the most important film centres: Cannes, France. Out of 772 entries across all categories, the international jury awarded Gold to ‘Performance Review: Code Red’ in the category Corporate Films and Videos: Human Resources. The results were revealed at the Awards Ceremony in Cannes in October.

Performance Review: Code Red, featuring Sharon Horgan and Jim Howick, was produced by Video Arts to help managers improve employee performance by illustrating a practical approach to difficult performance review meetings. This popular and successful film has previously won the Grand Award at the WorldMediaFestival and was Highly Commended in the category of Best Learning & Development Communication at the IVCA Awards.
