We’re delighted to report that one of our newest programmes Performance Review: Code Red, has been Highly Commended in the category of Best Learning & Development Communication at this year’s IVCA Awards.
Regarded as the premier accolade for effective business communications via video, the IVCA Awards have set a standard for excellence since they were first established in 1988. They are awarded by the International Visual Communications Association, a professional body of technology, content management, entertainment and education providers.

Launched in September 2013, Performance Review: Code Red is a video-based training resource offering best practice guidance on how to conduct an effective performance review. Designed to appeal to all levels of management, it is a fast-paced and entertaining resource which uses humour, memorable characters and our classic ‘wrong way, right way’ lesson structure to bring alive its learning points.
