Video Arts Essentials e-learning course ‘Difficult Conversations’ has won an award at the 2015 International E-learning Awards. The International E-Learning Association (IELA) is dedicated to advancing the knowledge and practice of e-learning in the classroom and the workplace.
Difficult Conversations is one of eleven e-learning courses from the Management Essentials, which helps managers deal with dejected and rejected employees, in a short 30 minute course.
