Emotional Intelligence is a reflective online course that covers empathy, self-awareness and self-regulation with engaging videos and interactions. It is one of ten courses from the Leadership Essentials collection, which picks up some of the more strategic aspects of leading a team for existing managers and aspiring leaders. The collection also includes 33 micro-learning videos, workshop guides and infographics.
