About the programme
In Britain today people from all over the world live and work together. We interact on a daily basis across generations and cultures. This can bring many challenges at work. Perhaps one of the biggest is that of cultural differences. These differences sometimes present real challenges that can affect interpersonal relationships and productivity.
Culture, what is it? How do we get it? Most important for us how does it affect us at work?
Talk to me is a gentle recognition of the demographic changes within the workforce in the UK with regard to race and culture. It-s an ideal tool to facilitating discussions on how individuals personally respond to different communication styles, the difficulties that can arise at work as a result of reactions to culture differences and how to acknowledge and engage with those differences positively.
