It shows how TV chef Rick Stein opened his seafood restaurant with a passion to cook fish but as the business has grown, Rick has had to develop his skills as a manager. In the programme you will see how Rick and his managers get the best out of their team.
The programme highlights five key management principles: lead by example, set standards, communicate, delegate, and support and develop.
