Overview
About this programme
Staying on after redundancy can be a confusing and difficult
time for staff. Many 'survivors' experience feelings of guilt and resentment
and can become insecure and de-motivated at work. This film will be an invaluable tool to help
managers support these individuals.
I should have felt
pleased that they wanted to keep me on but I just didnt feel the same about
the company.
Its really hard to
do your job when youre surrounded by so many colleagues who are leaving.
