This section illustrates ineffective and effective ways of giving feedback, and the consequences of each, In particular it clarifies how to give feedback constructively even when relaying feedback from a third party. Finally, it includes a scene in which a Reviewee helps a Reviewer improve the quality of their feedback. By using the same topic in each discussion, the difference made by the quality of feedback skills is clearly visible.
