Sue is extremely angry with Frank. She yells insults at him. Frank, with Kris's interaction, is guided through the effective ways of dealing with this aggressive behaviour. The points are: remain calm, spell out the consequence of their unreasonable behaviour and, if they continue to be aggressive, walk away.
