Lesson 3: prepare, time, planning. It is easy to confuse what is urgent and what is important. Tim's meeting goes wrong when they spend 45 minutes discussing the urgent parking space allocation. Unfortunately there were very important issues that all got squeezed into the last 25 minutes. The judge agrees that the parking should have been discussed first, but it should have been done in five minutes. Time management: the difference between issues that are urgent and those that are important. Look for logical connections between different items and arrange them in the necessary order.
