About the programme
Although a necessary part of organisational life, change is not always welcome - even when its for the better. And the more fundamental the change, the stronger the emotions that are likely to be triggered.
This programme, aimed at middle management, managers of small businesses and anyone involved in introducing change, follows the progress of a manager tasked with implementing what appears to be a minor change. It reveals issues relevant to all organisations and shows the importance of foreseeing the possible effects of change. It includes a short 'triggers' tape that can be used to emphasise key points.
