The power behind FISH! Culture is its step-by-step structure that will engage your employees in a 10-unit learning programme. Focused on Conversation-Action-Reflection, you are able to journey forward with your organisation one conversation at a time. Each conversation uses video to spark new thoughts and gives examples of the FISH! practices in a variety of workplace settings. A step-by-step outline of each conversation includes conversation starters followed by a plan of action ideas.
