  • Overview

    The aim

To provide people with a simple model to help them analyse their own reactions to change.

    About the programme

Although we seem capable of coping with considerable change in our domestic lives, at work we often display an inability to adjust to new demands and consequently suffer stress and anxiety.

Based on the ideas of TV and radio counsellor, Philip Hodson, this programme will help people get in touch with the positive, creative and refreshing aspects of change – and overcome the negative ones.

The programme mixes live action with animation to look at the subject from the individual's point of view. This helps them understand their own thoughts, feelings and behaviour, and brings an appreciation of how others feel when confronted by change. It conveys the message that through a greater understanding of ourselves and those we work with, it's possible to develop the ability to cope with change and make it work for us.

The stimulating visual style, clear structure, and memorable model will help everyone to understand the value of change, and will guide staff through the emotional, intellectual and behavioural processes of coming to terms with it.

    The key outcomes

-Understand and analyse your existing reaction to change
-Help you embrace change with renewed positivity, creativity and hope
-Ensure that staff are equipped and prepared to contribute to your organisation's development
