About the programme
These days more and more of us have to work in teams, whether permanent or project teams. Sometimes these teams become problematic: not because their members do not know their jobs or subject area, but because they have problems accepting, adjusting and communicating with each other.
This simple to use kit consists of:
Flipchart presentation: Four complete sets of printed flipcharts to help guide and illustrate each stage of the course. Designed to allow anyone to facilitate the perfect course.
Co-operate: The team members play three different exercises including trying to defuse a ticking bomb. The aim is to see how the team members help each other in order to reach the team objective. What in essence look like three task.
36 online team role profiles : Delegates learn what their preferred team roles are with these easy to use and administer online profiles. It includes a self perception assessment and observer feedback. On completion the user gets both their team role profile and tailored development advice.
Fire toast and teamwork: The DVD dramatises and explains Dr Meredith Belbin's team role theory. It shows that although each member of a team has a functional role in, for example, marketing or accounts, they also have team roles.
Contribute: There are nine exercises and roles for the team to take on armed with their profiles ' three task, three communication and three mental.
