Overview
James enters a clothes store and asks for a plastic rain coat as its pouring with rain. Babs, the shop assistant, tells him they don't sell raincoats and fails to tell him that they sell umbrellas: missing the link or alternative sale. Narrator concludes by stating 'keep looking for opportunities'.
