Overview
Charlotte works in a bank and is in her office. She tells the narrator that customer wants and needs are the same thing, aren't they? The scene moves to James a customer entering a clothes shop. He asks the assistant, Babs, for a jersey. Babs interrogates James concluding that she can-t help him. The narrator concludes: a customer's needs are much wider than they say.
