The FISH! Philosophy began in 1998 with a film about Seattle’s world-famous Pike Place Fish Market. It demonstrated that even in a workplace where fishmongers spend smelly, gruelling, 12-hour shifts stocking, selling and packing fish, remarkable results can occur. This happens when people follow four simple practices: Be There, Play, Make Their Day and Choose Your Attitude.
As a result, the FISH! film has now been translated into 17 languages. Next came FISH! the book, which has sold 4 million copies and counting.
