HR Magazine reviews the Video Arts assertiveness training programme.
Why should you buy it?
Assertive behaviour is closely linked to successful business behaviour, and, in this latest production from training company Video Arts, actor Kris Marshall, (originally in the BBC sitcom My Family, now the face of BT) joins a cast including Mark Heap (Brass Eye and Spaced), Pippa Haywood (The Brittas Empire) and Mina Anwar (The Thin Blue Line), to espouse what good assertiveness is. The DVD lasts 26 minutes and has bite-sized chapters on the role of body language, giving and receiving praise, passive-aggressive behaviour and communicating effectively by email.
